Boys & Girls Clubs Endowment Fund  

The Boys & Girls Clubs Endowment Fund was created to benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Danville Area.

   The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Danville Area has two locations, one in Danville, VA and one in Chatham, VA.  Both locations work to help youth develop the attitudes, skill values and behaviors that enable them to succeed in life.
    The Clubs focus on three main i mpact areas: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles and Character and Leadership.  Their anch o r program is Power Hour, an hour set aside each day for new members to finish their homework, study or read.  This not only enhances their grades at school, but gives them a sense of satisfaction and achievement as well.  
   You can help support this organization by donating to the Boys & Girls Clubs Endowment Fund through the Community Foundation.  Th is is a permanent fund established to provide a steady source of income for the Boys and G ir ls C lubs of the Danville A rea .
