You’re invited to join the M&SCA of Eastern PA at our annual Winter Membership Meeting, Association Elections, Poker Tournament and Casino Night!
Registration for the meeting & dinner is free for members
The Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament buy-in is $225 per person and is open to anyone.
All proceeds go to the M&SCA PAC Fund, and therefore must be paid for with a personal check or credit card.
Chips for additional casino games, including craps and roulette, will be available to purchase at the event. Bring a friend and register today!

Our Association's success is largely due to the time and dedication of our Members, Board of Governors, and Committees. It is your active participation that allows the M&SCA of Eastern PA to become stronger and continue to gain influence and market share in our industry.

2017 FASB 715-80 Reporting Information for Local 420 and Local 690 is now posted to the
MCAEPA.ORG
website.
As a signatory employer contributing to a Multi-Employer Defined Benefit Pension Fund, you will be required to include a Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Disclosure Table with your audited financial statements.

Your Association has compiled the 2017 information you will need for Local Unions 420 and 690 and made it available on our website in the Contractor Resources area.

Local 420 Service Apprenticeship
Evaluations are Now Due
|
|
Help our continued efforts to improve our service apprenticeship program by submitting an apprentice evaluation form. It is requested that you submit a form once a period and/or at the point of a layoff or termination. This form is to be completed by someone with daily knowledge of the apprentice and his or her work habits.

These meetings are vital to continuing a productive and profitable relationship with our labor partners and provide a valuable dialogue on how to increase our market share in the industry. ACA Reporting Resources
Reporting Deadlines:

As you may know, the size and structure of your workforce determines the way your business approaches ACA reporting. An employer’s size is determined by the number of its full-time employees, including full-time equivalents. Employers must determine their ALE (Applicable Large Employer) status each calendar year based on the average size of their workforce during the prior year. Use the link below to determine if you are an ALE.

If you are an ALE, the following link explains what is required for IRS Form 1095-C and 1094-C. Please consult your accountant, payroll provider or HR specialist for additional resources.
