Database Update
Next month, we'll be doing a database update. All users will need to be out of the database at that time to ensure its success.

Microsoft Operating System Support
Microsoft's end of support for Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2 was on January 14th, 2020. Our support for these operating systems coincides what Microsoft supports. As such, we no longer support OASIS running on those operating systems. While OASIS may work correctly for now, we cannot guarantee that OASIS will continue to run efficiently. We strongly recommend updating to a supported operating system.

Scheduled Internet Maintenance
On Saturday, January 25th from 8 AM Central to 6 PM Central our cloud customers will be unable to access OASIS and O4 due to scheduled maintenance from our internet provider. Customers with cloud sync will experience delays during this time. We will be monitoring this closely and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience .
V17 M&S Database Update
As we add new technologies and add improvements requested by users, the database must be upgraded to V17. This also requires all groups/users to be at the same cost level (license purchase price). As your group moves to V17 database, your M&S may go up, especially if you were an early adopter of OASIS.

Please contact support if you would like to see if you will be affected.
Ingen Monthly Maintenance
 Starting in February, we will have scheduled maintenance windows once a month on the Saturday following our production release (which is typically the first Tuesday of the month). These maintenance windows will be from 12 PM Central to 5 PM Central. Downtime and temporary outages are possible during these maintenance windows.

Now is the time to make a resolution to protect your OASIS Data
MONTHLY - Check your hard drive space on the machine that holds your OASIS Database (oasis.db)
Make sure you have adequate space for the year!
We get at least one call a month from a group who ran out of space and OASIS stopped!
You have a large job, important job, on a deadline, email, print or save and it stops! No room!
Don’t let this happen to you!
Make a resolution to check regularly!

Order Summary Goals Tile
The Order Summary Goals Tile is an intuitive combination of the Order Summary Tile and the Sales Accounts Goals Tile. This tile tracks order sales and compares these values to a set overall goal or stretch goal.
