Hello, Boys & Girls Club of the Siskiyous\' Supporter!


Happy New Year! Thank you for all of your outstanding support, and for making 2018 a fun-filled and eventful year at the Club. With 2019 underway, we are excited to make this year even better and brighter for all of our Club kids!

With that being said, the changing of the season and the New Year ushers in some amazing opportunities for Club members. Check out our updated Club program schedule below to find out what fun programs are happening this Winter at the Club!


Winter Ski & Snowboard Program
January marks the start of our Winter Ski and Snowboard Program at the Mt. Shasta Ski Park for our Club members in 4th-8th grade. Please see the flyer below for more information on this exciting opportunity for your child to learn how to ski and snowboard!

Spaces are filling up fast so if you are interested in enrolling your child into the Winter Ski and Snowboard Program, please email us at info@bgcsiskiyous.org to start the registration process and receive the registration packet. All members participating in this program must send us a completed registration packet before starting the program. Once you email us to register your child, a registration package will be sent to you.
If you would like to help us off-set the cost of this Winter Program, please click on the donation link below!
We are looking for volunteers that are proficient in skiing or snowboarding for our Winter Ski and Snowboard Program. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer for this exciting program, please contact us at info@bgcsiskiyous.org or at (530)220-7623.
Starting in January, 2019, the Boys & Girls Club of the Siskiyous will be accepting membership enrollments for children who are currently in the 1st grade.  

If you are interested in enrolling your 1st grader for the 2019 School Year, please download our membership application (click here)
Or visit our office, located at 803 Cedar Street Mt. Shasta, CA, to fill out a membership application. Membership dues are $20 for the school year. 

Winter Club Program Schedule
Pottery
Noam Zimin, Boys & Girls Club of the Siskiyous Executive Director and Potter with over 25 years of experience working in Clay, will be teaching a 4-week hand-building pottery class on Thursdays for beginner and intermediate potters staff member, Isaiah will be assisting the class.
Members interested in enrolling into this special program will need to fill out a registration form, and commit to attending all 4 weeks of the Pottery Program. Spaces are limited, so sign-up soon!

Isaiah Sikora,
Youth Development Professional

Isaiah is 19 years old and has been a staff member at the Boys and Girls Club of the Siskiyous since the first summer it opened its doors. He has been working with kids since he was in high school and has always found much joy in it.
Outside of the Club, his passions include skiing and pottery. He has been a Ski Instructor for the past two winters, and is excited to share his passion with the Club kids during the upcoming Winter Program at the Mt. Shasta Ski Park.
