Happy New Year!
It’s hard to believe we are approaching the second month of a new year. Like many people, I am entering this New Year with trepidation and encouragement. Trepidation because of the uncertainty that comes with new situations, challenges and experiences. Encouragement because of the certainty that I will approach those new situations, challenges and experiences with my best-self. 

Thinking about trepidation, there are two ways that I handle the anxiety of anything new. First, I remind myself that while whatever I face may be new to me, it is not new entirely. This helps me approach it with the mindset that I can handle any challenge. Second, I apply the tools taught to me by those who have been down the road before. I like to focus on the outcome, not the problem.

My hope for the New Year for you is that you will be steadfast in your journey and allow us to share tips to bring out the best in you!
