For 20 years, CYT Kansas City has had a long-standing tradition of impacting youth and families in Kansas City through the theater arts.
As we enter 2020, we'd like to invite you to be part of CYT's impactful mission to
develop character and creativity in kids of all ages through theater arts training that brings families and communities together while reflecting the Creator.
In 20 years, CYT Kansas City has seen much growth and change:
- from one area to five KC metro areas - including a Dance Studio!
- from three musical productions each year to 11 musical productions and 2 full plays each year!
- from enrollment of 75 students to over 350 per session and 600 in summer camps!
In addition, and with the growth, we have experienced increasing costs from royalties, equipment, facilities, etc.
Since revenue from classes, productions, and camps only covers 70 percent of our operating costs, we rely on generous donations to close that deficit and ensure that CYT KC can continue to offer quality and affordable programming.
The Lord has been faithful and continues to bless us and provide and for this we are truly grateful.
