Dear Valued Patient,
We hope you are staying safe and well.
We wanted to share some important updates and info with you:
-Last week, Medicare announced that they approved telehealth services indefinitely in the mental health field. We expect that most commercial payors will follow suit. This means that we can continue to provide services to those in need across the state of Michigan. Our patients and staff have found telehealth to be a safe, effective, convenient, and highly confidential way to provide care.
-In advance of your virtual medication reviews, our prescribers would like you to obtain your blood pressure, pulse, height, and weight. At-home BP cuffs can be purchased at your local pharmacy or online retailers.
-Please make sure you have provided us with your updated insurance card. These can be emailed to: billing@rcbm.net.
-Please complete a Release of Information (ROI) for anyone that you want your treatment team to involve in your care. ROIs expire after one year.
