Practicing sound sleep habits is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to enhance mental and physical health. Unfortunately, less than 1/3 of U.S. adults average less than 7 hours of sleep each night and between 10-30% of adults deal with chronic insomnia and/or other sleep disorders.

Learn more about the importance of quality sleep, as well as common sleep disorders, and how these can affect our health and well-being.
Sleep Well is an 8-week program taught by various medical and sleep professionals.

Big Goals? Keep Them S.M.A.R.T.
The start of a new year is often a time for people to set their sights on lofty goals. One effective way of reaching those goals is by creating SMART goals. Large, big-picture goals can be broken down via this method to keep you motivated as the year goes on.
  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Attainable
  • Relevant
  • Timely or Trackable
Splitting up your large goals into bite-sized, achievable goals can help keep you on track. Finding support in a partner, coworker, or like-minded support group may also help you to stay on track. More information on setting SMART goals can be found here.
