During this year's Fairfield County Foundation's 32 Hour Give, supporters of The Wagnalls Memorial Library donated $1,715.00. Fairfield County Foundation supplemented that donation with an additional $228.18 to bring our total raised to
$1,943.18

Adult Writing Workshop

Four Saturday Workshops
January 15 - February 5
10am - 12pm
Want to learn how to write? Using the writing process, together we will explore and develop your writing. Whether you are interested in writing family history, memoir or fiction, this workshop is for you! You'll discuss writing process and evolving drafts, use short readings, write works-in-progress and receive feedback. In the series, you'll gain feedback through partners, small groups and individually with the instructor. People have stories hidden in their lives. Come learn how to create and produce your best writing of your story. Limited to 12 for maximum writing seminar.
About the instructor
Mary Danahey currently teaches English classes at the Ohio University Lancaster campus. Her graduate fellowship at Boston College included teaching writing and she fell in love with creating writing workshops. She is a published writer of articles, poems and fiction and is presently working on a short story collection. Mary has many years of teaching writing workshops and is eager to help aspiring writers tell their story.
