PRESIDENT'S CORNER
Happy New Year, fellow Alamo Ranchers!
I hope everyone had a great long holiday weekend. There were quite a few lost/found dogs, so please remember to keep your dogs on leashes and check your fences for any holes or missing pieces.

The pergolas have finished being installed, and the office is now looking for picnic tables and benches for under them. The new shade construction at the pool is also completed. New furniture will be purchased soon, but we'll be playing musical chairs to save some money this year. So there will be a little mix and matching with old and new.

Check out the fliers for the upcoming events in this newsletter and the weekly reminder emails. The Winter Wonderland was a lot of fun.
Please fill out this survey: (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7QW39ZK) if you attended to help the social committee plan an even better one next year.

The next board meeting is on January 23rd, and I hope to see some familiar faces there.
Please reach out with any questions or comments.
