Regional Business Impact and Recovery Survey
The Regional Business Impact and Recovery survey will work in partnership with local municipalities to asses the implications of COVID-19 on the local business community. The results will provide insight on how our Region’s local business community (broken down to each Municipality) has been dealing with the economic impact of COVID-19 and its path to business recovery. The information collected from the survey will help guide economic development stakeholders from across the Region to provide relevant information to the business community, develop programs and services to support local business recovery, and advocate for upper-level government resources.
A Path Forward
  • Public health measures will be eased in steps based on hospitalization benchmarks.
  • Each step sets a more predictable path for easing restrictions, while protecting the health system.
  • Once hospitalizations are within range of the benchmark, decisions to move to the next step will be considered. The lowest-risk activities in each sector will be considered for change first.
  • Moving between steps will happen at least 3 weeks apart to assess the impact on cases.

2021 Membership Renewal Invoices
Renewal invoices for 2021 have been sent out. For the inaugural year of the Greater Parkland Regional Chamber, we offered a 25% inaugural year discount for membership dues. The reason for this was to ease the unified members into the new Chamber.

For 2021, we recognize the hardship which has faced many of our members with managing COVID-19, and for that reason, we are going to continue offering a 25% discount in 2021. This will be visible on invoice renewals as the Resilience and Recovery Discount

Invoices are able to be paid by credit card, debit, and cheque. VISA and MasterCard can be accepted by phone: 780-963-4545, or online by logging into your Member Information Centre here: www.business.gprchamber.ca/login
