Happy New Year !!!

To our amazing global One Health network,
partners, and sponsors.....

Please help us celebrate January as

The power of and urgent need for a One Health approach for solving many of the world’s greatest challenges has never been more evident than in the current 2020, 2021 and 2022 global pandemic.

Yet, sadly, many people around in the world are still unaware of the One Health concept and movement.

Join the One Health Commission, Louisiana One Health in Action and One Health Lessons in leading the third annual One Health Awareness Month this month, January 2022.

One Health Awareness Month took place for the first time in January 2020 (just before the pandemic changed everything!). It was conceived in response to U.S. Senate Resolution 462 declaring January 2020 to be U.S. National One Health Awareness Month. (See more backgroundIn support, the One Health Commission and Louisiana One Health in Action seized the moment to create a One Health Awareness Month Social Media campaign and guidance Calendar to urge collaborations between animal, environmental, plant and human health/public health scientists. Excitingly, the campaign has been picked up, promoted and celebrated by One Health advocates around the world!

Help keep the momentum going!!

See the continuously updated One Health Awareness Month Guide and One Health Awareness Month Calendar for ways to get involved. The Calendar includes 31 days of One Health topics and educational materials that you can use each day in your local and online communities, social media and professional networks.
