Fifteen nonprofits received support in 2020 from the foundation, including organizations focused on education, disaster relief, and housing-related programs.

Meet the 2021 Board of Directors
Meet Kevin Denton, REALTOR® and Vail Board of REALTORS® Director! Kevin serves on the Board for further learning, giving back, and supporting his local agents. He also chairs the Golf Tournament Committee, one of the largest annual fundraisers for the VBR Foundation.

Fun fact(s): Kevin sold a fully furnished house. He donated items and offered a crew painting next door to take the other items. "Ten minutes later there were about 30 people carrying things out of the house," says Kevin. "A neighbor thought the house was being robbed. The cops showed up, and I had to explain the situation. All was good in the end."
Ann Foster is a REALTOR® and Vail Board of REALTORS® Foundation Director! Ann was motivated to serve as a newer broker, and she wants to learn as much as possible.

Fun fact(s): Ann once lived in New Zealand. The best advice she's received in real estate is that "you can never anticipate a deal will close until it is actually closed."

According to the COVID-19 Dial, Eagle County is currently in Level Orange. With the current Public Health order. It is much easier to determine which level each county is in with this system - and if you are working in different markets. You can see the restrictions based on each level for real estate, depending on the color.
