Lorraine Chun Ng, BS, MLIS

Lorraine Chun Ng received her BS in secondary education from the University at Albany, and took courses toward an MPH degree at Hunter College. With that background, she spent over 20 distinguished years in public health, working for the New York City Department of Health,
Division of Family Health. She worked with programs relating to child health, specifically she supervised an infant health and assessment program, which followed high-risk babies at HHC (e.g., premature babies, low-birthweight infants diagnosed with neonatal abstinence syndrome i.e. babies born with positive toxicology due to their mother’s drug use) until age one.  Read more
