Coordinating with customer and other key stakeholders at client location
Coordinating with Offshore development team
Resolving incidents on time
Development of the assigned modules on time
Testing the application being developed & Implementation of developed application
Post Implementation support for the proposed solution
Handling Escalations/Pages
Support for the proposed solution
Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)
* Programming Languages: Java, Mainframes
* Platform/Environment: ServiceNow, JIRA, Azure
* Database Management System: Azure SQL
* Years of experience on each of the Technical must have skills: 5+
