Jefferson County's Strategic Management Planning (STMP) report by PEL and HRG will provide a review of finances and operations along with a comprehensive series of recommendations to improve fiscal management and operations based on the findings.
The county will receive funds under the state's STMP program to implement recommendations from the study.
The Pennsylvania Economy League has already completed extensive STMP work with municipalities in Jefferson County and the surrounding region, including recent reports for Punxsutawney and Brookville that resulted in hundreds of thousands in further grants.
