Prescription Drug Coverage

Update

Dear Plan Participant:

Jefferson County Educational Service Center (JCESC) provides eligible employees and their dependents Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug coverage. On January 1, 2025, JCESC through the Jefferson Health Plan contracted RxBenefits for Prescription Drug Coverage through CVS Caremark. This is a change so you and your dependents will receive a new card at your home on or after December 1, 2024 in an unmarked envelope. 

Please see below a sample of the new card to use for all the above coverages listed:

You need to deliver your card to your providers on or after January 1, 2025.

Once you get the new card, please destroy your old card used for Medical, Vision, Dental and Prescription Drug coverage. This is the only card you need. 

Please consider stopping by your pharmacy and provider offices to give a copy of your new card on January 1, 2025 to avoid delays in processing.
