·     This designation is on the right side of your insurance card. A PBM designs and administers cost-effective prescription drug plans on behalf of medical plan participants.

Watch your mailbox for new benefit cards arriving any day. New Mutual Health Services (MHS) cards showing the PBM change and also CVScaremark cards will be arriving. Envelopes may have no return address to protect your privacy. Be sure to show your new CVScaremark card at the pharmacy for prescriptions filled on or after January 1, 2025.

 

Have your pharmacy claims at your fingertips. Sign up for access to your My RxBenefits portal. For step by step directions to create your account see the flyer below. 

 

My RxBenefits will allow you to:

 

·        Chat with a live agent Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT

·        View 18 months of pharmacy claims (includes eligible dependents)

·        View, download and email copies of ID cards

·        Access account on computers, tablets and cell phones

·        Manager communication preferences

·        View pharmacy benefit coverage information
