Jerome Chamber of Commerce E-News

There are many benefits to supporting your local Chamber of Commerce. Membership provides you with networking, advocacy, growth, opportunity, and credibility. One of the most important aspects of your business success is your visibility.
Consumers consider visibility equal to credibility. If consumers don’t know who is, they won’t choose your business. Visibility is an investment in your success.
Your chamber members offer visibility through the member listing on the website, window clings to proudly display, Ribbon Cutting, social media posts and sponsorship opportunities. In January 2019 we will be launching a new program. “Business of the Week”
How does it work?
A chamber member is randomly selected each week. We then bring a sign to your office for you to have bragging rights for that week.
What does the member have to do?
Simple, you and your team pose for a photo and proudly display the sign for one week in your business or window.
What are the benefits?
The Chamber will post and tag the business in Social Media, highlight the business in the newsletter which will bring more visibility to the business.
We are excited to bring this new program to the community, be sure to like and follow us on Facebook to see who the Business of the Week recipient is each week.

Remove Tariffs on Canada and Mexico
- The American economy is booming. However, American businesses are being hurt by the costs of tariffs. Every week we wait, $500 million in U.S. exports and imports with Canada and Mexico are hit by unnecessary steel and aluminum tariffs. It’s time to end these tariffs and keep our economy moving forward. You can help us by sending a message to your elected officials to lift these counterproductive tariffs on our North American neighbors. Please take a moment to
sign this letter.
The longer we wait, the more American business shoulders the cost.
