Confidence Resolution in the Workplace
|
|
Can you think of a time when you lacked confidence in the workplace?
It might be a lack of confidence when you started a new job, or when you had responsibility but no authority to solve the problem. Have you worked in a toxic team environment? Are you a perfectionist and too hard on yourself? Regardless of the reason as to why you lack confidence in the workplace, there are things we can do to increase our confidence.
- Recognize your Uniqueness
- Don’t focus on what others think.
- Have a Reality Check.
- Get out of your comfort zone.
- Emulate others.
- Speak with Confidence
In forbes.com it was stated “A healthy level of confidence, will make you more likely to engage in a challenging but manageable projects, will help you get outside your comfort zone, and allow you to achieve new goals”

The migration crisis on our nation’s border continues to grow. Nonprofit shelters are seeing between 200 and 500 children arrive at their doors every 24 hours. This surge is straining the nonprofits, state and local governments, and communities along the border as they work to address this very real humanitarian crisis.
Below are a few ways that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, with the help of our Foundation, is working to provide the business community with the resources, networks, supply chains, and products to help families and children at the border.
Donating Critical Items to Families and Children
We are in close contact with
Save the Children and the
American Red Cross. Both organizations are supporting transit shelters at the border and need financial support and bulk in-kind donations. If you or your members are interested in donating to either nonprofit organization, please

The summer season brings about hot days!
Hydration
is essential to the growth and nutrition of your lawn. All watering must be done in the early morning hours so that the soil can absorb all moisture before any sun and or heat has a chance to dry it up.
Make sure sprinkler heads are adjusted properly. Most commonly, this occur
s
when the heads are spraying onto sidewalks/walkways or when your lawn simply isn't receiving the proper coverage. Call today!

We offer Go Mini’s storage containers. Features that distinguish our moving and storage containers: Our containers are vented, they greatly reduce moisture and humidity that contribute to mold and mildew. Our containers have eight inches of ground clearance, so they are easy to load but avoid water problems. Inside the portable storage units we have sturdy railings for tie-downs and clothes hangers. Call for portable storage options that make your life easier. 208 734-6969
