Facilitated by a registered social worker from JFSC's Caregiver Support Program, this is a space for caregivers of seniors and/or persons living with dementia to exchange caregiving and coping strategies and resources. Caring Together Education and Support Group

Wednesdays, February 7 - March 27 (8 weeks)

An eight-week, no-cost program for caregivers to come together for education and support based on the shared experience of caring for someone living with memory loss or dementia. Sessions are facilitated by a JFSC social worker. Pre-registration and an ongoing commitment to attend a minimum of five sessions is required.
