The 2020 Jewish Family Services
Needs Assessment

We Need Your Feedback!
As part of the ongoing commitment to serving our community’s human and social service needs, the Jewish Federation of St. Joseph Valley’s Jewish Family Services is reviewing what we do now and how we can improve for the future.

Through August 24th, we will be conducting a survey to gather information about our community -- from individual and household demographics to difficulties the community has in accessing medical, mental health and other services. All information will be kept confidential, and your name is not required on the survey.

If you have questions, or need assistance completing the survey, please contact one of the JFS staff by email or by calling 574-233-1164. We will record your and your household’s information and perspective on the community’s current needs.
Thank you, in advance, for your participation! Together, we will ensure that JFS continues to provide the essential human and social services that the community needs.
Our New Technologies Concierge Service!
Having Tech trouble? As we continue to face uncertainty and need to physically distance from one another, current technology like Facebook and Zoom on computers and smartphones are good options for staying connected with friends and family.
The problem? Many of us don’t have experience using this technology, and need help getting started.
The solution? JFS volunteers are ready to call and help “talk through” things like downloading, installing and using these programs. If you would like a call and some “tech help,” please contact Rowan at 574-309-1213 or [email protected], and a volunteer will call you and help talk you through it.
