COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS

New community organization online bulletin board for Jewish Edmonton

The Jewish Federation of Edmonton has created a new community organization online bulletin board. This bulletin board will be for standing messages from Edmonton Jewish organizations. We are going in a new and evolving direction with the JFED e-weekly where we are striving to have the latest Jewish Federation of Edmonton news and events.

We encourage you to read this new online bulletin board and continue to support our community organizations.

Donations needed for Chanukah gift bags

It’s Chanukah soon and JFSE is looking to brighten up your celebrations this year.

Jewish Family Services is offering gift bags to the community and we are accepting the names of your family and friends as well as yourselves to receive this holiday treat.

We are also looking for volunteers to help package and deliver these gift bags.

So please contact Rhonda at seniors@jfse.org or 780-454-1194. ext. 227 to get involved.
We had hoped to have an in-person AGM but as has been the case so often these days, plans change.

We will be having a Zoom meeting on Sunday, November 21 at 2 p.m. The link will be sent out to all members the week before the meeting along with the agenda.

The program will be an interview with Josh Miller talking about how his family immigrated from Europe to Canada and ended up settling in Edmonton.
