In this issue of DWF NEWS we see an attempt within a few nations to start to deal with war crimes, or should I say world criminals committing war crimes? These efforts at legal accountability of individuals is absolutely necessary for a civilized world.

Earth Federation government (under the Earth Constitution), unlike UN governance, has a World Judiciary and Enforcement System-- a design for global law and order which is missing in the UN Charter. A leader like Israel's Netanyahu would be arrested as an individual and given a trial to determine guilt or innocence for war crimes and crimes against humanity. Others, like President Trump, who aids the genocide against the Palestinians, could also be held accountable.

It is past time for the UN General Assembly to join forces with peace and justice activists supporting the Earth Constitution Movement to work together to help establish an emerging Provisional World Parliament. The undemocratic UN Charter denies real voting rights to 187 nations in the UN General Assembly. Utilizing the authority of the Earth Constitution, these nations could give themselves the right to vote as found in the EC's House of Nations, thus empowering the UN General Assembly with a democratic legitimacy lacking in the UN Security Council. -- R. Jewish IDF mass murderers arrested in Belgium after war crimes complaint by rights group

Belgian federal police on Sunday arrested two Israeli soldiers facing accusations of war crimes in Gaza following a complaint by two rights groups.

A statement by the Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) and the Global Legal Action Network (Glan) said the pair were in the country to attend a music festival and that legal proceedings were ongoing.

HRF director Dyab Abou Jahjah said: “Within the framework of the long fight for accountability, this is a major milestone. This is the first time that a European country acknowledges universal jurisdiction against Israeli soldiers and acts upon it in a forceful way, arrests them, and brings them to a police station to interrogate them,” he told Middle East Eye. READ MORE

When Nati Hubberman was given back his phone in March after weeks of reserve duty on Israel’s northern front, he was inundated with messages from friends about a website he’d never heard of.

“People were texting me saying, ‘Watch out, your name is on it,’” he said. “It” was FindIDFSoldiers.net, a site created in February by Davide Mastracci, a Canadian journalist who has harshly criticized Israel, accusing it of orchestrating a “planned genocide in Gaza.”

Then, in June, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police announced that it had opened an investigation into “matters related to the Israel-Hamas armed conflict,” with the possibility of uncovering “a perpetrator of core international crimes — such as genocide, war crimes, or crimes against humanity.”

In previous years, the RCMP has conducted similar investigations relating to crimes against or by Canadians in the context of other foreign conflicts, including in Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia. ...

If the Canadian government does begin investigating specific IDF soldiers, it will join a growing list of countries where such investigations have been initiated. As of January, the Foreign Ministry identified at least 12 legal complaints targeting Israeli soldiers over alleged war crimes in Gaza, filed in Brazil, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Belgium, the Netherlands, Serbia, Ireland, and Cyprus, according to Hebrew media reports.

Shack added, “Any suggestion that Israeli-Canadians should be targeted for their service — particularly in a war of self-defence waged by a close ally of Canada — not only represents a cynical distortion of the law, but fuels the violent hatred faced by Israelis and Jews in North America.”

Tensions between Jerusalem and Ottawa have also escalated in recent months. In May, Canada joined the United Kingdom and France in threatening “concrete actions” if Israel refused to stop the war in Gaza and allow in more aid. Canada has also instituted a halt to arms sales to Israel and has voted against it in the United Nations.  READ MORE

Christian Town Attacked by Israeli Settlers 

US envoy demands 'harsh consequences' as he visits Christian town attacked by settlers

US Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee visited the Christian Palestinian town of Taybeh in the West Bank on Saturday, which has been the scene of several attacks by settlers in recent weeks.

Israeli officials have yet to condemn the attacks on Taybeh and have also been mum on last week’s killing of two Palestinians, including a US citizen allegedly beaten to death by settlers near the West Bank village of Sinjil.

Huckabkee’s visit to Taybeh came amid growing concern from the US over Israeli actions toward Christians.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office issued a statement Thursday expressing regret after IDF tank fire killed three civilians in Gaza’s only Catholic church, heeding a demand from US President Donald Trump, who angrily phoned the Israeli premier over the incident.

Earlier this week, Huckabee threatened to declare publicly that Israel no longer welcomes Christian groups to Israel over what he said was Jerusalem’s failure to approve tourist visas for evangelical missions.

On Tuesday, he described the killing of Palestinian-American Saif Musallet near Ramallah, who was allegedly beaten to death by settlers, as a “criminal and terrorist act.”

It appeared to be one of the first times Huckabee has commented on rampant settler violence in the West Bank, though he avoided using the term or characterizing the killing as part of a broader phenomenon. READ MORE

Western values as articulated by western politicians:

Israel is the Chosen people and can kill Muslims at will cause God said so. But don’t touch “Christians” or we’ll pretend to be upset.

Both Georgia Meloni and Mike Huckabee and their respective regimes sat idly by for years as Israel slaughtered, tortured, jailed, starved, dispossessed and ethnically cleansed Palestinian kids of all faiths, uttered nary a word of objection. BUT NOW Israel has touched symbols of Western culture/religion, and human rights abuses are suddenly condemned. In other words, if you're not Western, you aren’t human and have no human rights.

Is this really all we stand for? Westernness?  That’s it?

Perhaps the biggest elephant in the room of American politics is the existence of a pedophilic blackmail network that involves some of the most powerful people in the country and the world. Despite efforts to get to the bottom of the Jeffrey Epstein case, which saw the trafficking and sexual exploitation of thousands of children, justice continues to be evaded and the cabal associated with Epstein — President Donald Trump notwithstanding — continues its conspiracy.

Nick Bryant is a journalist and author who first published Epstein’s infamous “black book” in 2015 as well as Epstein’s flight logs. This information exposed the powerful names associated with Epstein and those who likely participated in his abhorrent pedophilic escapades as well as those who are likely controlled via Epstein’s extensive blackmail apparatus.

The list of those who were in Epstein’s orbit is a who’s who of the rich and famous. They include not only Trump, but Bill Clinton, who allegedly took a trip to Thailand with Epstein, Prince Andrew, Bill Gates, hedge fund billionaire Glenn Dubin, former New Mexico governor Bill Richardson, former Secretary of the Treasury and former president of Harvard University Larry Summers, cognitive psychologist and author Stephen Pinker, Alan Dershowitz, billionaire and Victoria’s Secret CEO Leslie Wexner, the former Barclays banker Jes Staley, former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak, the magician David Copperfield, actor Kevin Spacey, former CIA director Bill Burns, real estate mogul Mort Zuckerman, former Maine senator George Mitchell and disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein, all of whom reveled in Epstein’s perpetual Bacchanalia.

They also include law firms and high-priced attorneys, federal and state prosecutors, private investigators, personal assistants, publicists, servants and drivers. They include the numerous procurers and pimps, including Epstein’s girlfriend and daughter of Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell. They include the media and politicians who ruthlessly discredited and silenced the victims, and strong armed anyone, including a handful of intrepid reporters, seeking to expose Epstein’s crimes and circle of accomplices.

There is a lot that remains hidden. But there are some things we know. Epstein installed hidden cameras in his opulent residences and on his private Caribbean island, Little St. James, to capture his high-powered friends engaging in sexual romps and abuse of teenage and underage girls and boys. The recordings were blackmail gold. Were they part of an intelligence operation on behalf of the Israeli Mossad? Or were they used to ensure that Epstein had a steady source of investors who funneled him millions of dollars to avoid being outed? Or were they used for both? New claims come amid increasing challenges to 9/11 official story When the mainstream media and U.S. government insiders start warning us of a potentially imminent threat of a new, massive 9/11-style attack, it’s time to ask some serious questions.

Wisconsin senator believes in controlled demolition of Building 7

The mainstream media propaganda machine wasted no time in attacking Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson for his comments supporting a new investigation of 9/11.

They target Johnson’s credibility, not his facts.

Steve Benen, a producer of MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show, writes a piece titled “GOP’s Ron Johnson peddles fringe 9/11 conspiracy theories, reaches new low.”

Establishment media (and MSNBC is among the worst offenders) love to use descriptives like “bizarre” and “easily discredited” to discount dissenting positions because it saves them having to actually respond to facts.

This author wrote a two-part examination of the use of the “conspiracy theory” label that outlines the very tactics we see repeated every time a mainstream media outlet addresses challenges to the 9/11 official story. The first article, from 2022, was titled, “Hundreds of articles dismissing ‘conspiracy theories’ read like they follow a single script,” and the follow-up, from 2024, was “Demonization of 'conspiracy theories' now paints speech itself as ‘dangerous.’” -- Craig McKee
