Our firm is thrilled to announce that Jillian F. Zacks, Esq. was honored with the Howard and Beverly Mermelstein Leadership Award at the JFCS (Jewish Family and Community Services) annual meeting. The Howard and Beverly Mermelstein Award was established in 1993 and is given to a JFCS board member who displays leadership, talent, commitment to the community and dedication to the mission of JFCS. Ms. Zacks is currently serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of JFCS and has served on the executive committee for the past four years.  In addition, Ms. Zacks recently finished her term as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Arc of Greater Pittsburgh and will continue to serve as a Trustee of Achieva.
The Team at JFCS states that " Jillian Zacks is a doer, a great advocate, and a leader for the agency and has been since her first involvement. Jillian personally, professionally, and through her volunteerism, exudes the qualities inherent in all of the Mermelstein Leadership awardees."
