Job Description Acknowledgement
Updates & Reminders
Coworkers,
Please review the important information regarding coworker job description acknowledgements, including why and when they are needed, improved email notification templates, and upcoming email reminders for those whose acknowledgement is past due.
This email is for all coworkers and is NOT intended to indicate that you have a past-due job description acknowledgement.
Job description acknowledgement requirement
- To maintain regulatory compliance, coworkers must complete a job description acknowledgement upon hire, if they change positions, or if their job title or description changes.
- Coworkers should complete the acknowledgement within seven days of the email notification, if possible.

It is essential that they complete the acknowledgement in a timely manner, especially as we approach upcoming accreditation surveys.
JDXpert system
- Franciscan uses the JDXpert platform to house job descriptions.

The JDX system will email coworkers when they need to acknowledge their job description. View sample below.

The email comes from jdxadmin@hrtms.com (No Reply JDX Admin). If applicable, coworkers should check their “focused” and “other” email inbox folders.
Reminder emails

Starting Aug. 6, the JDX system will send reminder emails every two weeks to any coworker whose job description acknowledgement has not been completed.
Improved JDX email templates
We’ve improved the templates for JDX emails to help the recipient better understand:
- Franciscan’s vendor, JDXpert, and the purpose of the email.
- To acknowledge their job description, coworkers can use 1) the custom link in the email or 2) access JDXpert through a link on the FRANC intranet (quick links drop-down or under Human Resources) or MyFranciscan Service Center (quick links section).
