Facility and Rental Coordinator

The Oakland Mills Community Association (OMCA) has a job opening for full-time
Facility and Rental Coordinator. The job is on-site at the Other Barn in Oakland Mills weekdays, occasional weeknights and on-call/as necessary on weekends.
  
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Facilitates all activities associated with the maintenance and rentals of the Other Barn and three neighborhood centers managed by OMCA. Responsible for preparation of rental contracts, advising clients of appropriate rental policies, developing strategies for improving rental income, promoting the venue through marketing and social media, routinely inspecting facilities and scheduling maintenance and repairs, and preparing staff and janitorial schedules.

Applicant must be highly organized, proven ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, detail oriented, and possess strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.

The position reports to the Oakland Mills Village Manager.
