Chef Rick Bayless, our partner in Impact Culinary Training, and Farmer’s Fridge, a tenant in our Make City incubator, collaborated to create the Red Chili Braised Pork Bowl. The Bowl created by Chef Rick Bayless with Chef Rishi Manoj Kumar features slowly smoked pork in a rustic red chile sauce, plantains, and black beans, topped with white crumbled cheese.
