College Advising Corps seeks a results-oriented Director of Rural Initiatives to project plan and manage an exciting new initiative in Missouri, with the goal of providing high-quality college advising to 20% of Missouri’s rural high school seniors (~6,000 students annually). In the first year of the initiative (2018-19 school year), you will support the Missouri College Advising Corps’ (MCAC) expansion into five new rural high schools located in southern Missouri and clustered around three community colleges. Further expansion is on the horizon in future years.
