Hi :                                                         July 27, 2017

- THANK YOU NOVA SCOTIA and to everyone who cheered me along the course and wished me success in my quest to qualify to run the Boston Marathon. It all started when Jason Baxter, host of CTV news at 5 contacted my publicist, Jacqueline Seltzer, and expressed interest in my running the Nova Scotia Marathon. Our next marathon will be the October 14, 2017 Hartford Marathon.

Jodi Brodsky finished the Nova Scotia Marathon in a time of 03:56:29.

Jodi, the Greatest Love Story Ever Told
I loved this book because it was not just a story...

This memoir is a raw and honest story of life's obstacles and how Richard and his family find their way through it. I loved this book because it was not just a story about Richard Brodsky's journey through life, his mistakes, coming to terms with his sexual identity and learning that he had contracted AIDS. Indeed this story was about all of those things but more importantly it was a story about his wife, his family, and how they were able to overcome life changing events and come out stronger. This book was poetic, deeply moving, and awe inspiring. The center and stronghold of this novel comes as no shock, as Richard does a great job of highlighting his wife Jodi's perseverance and willingness to look beyond the surface and forgive, love and accept who he truly is. This memoir is a representation of love in its truest form, a love that is able to defy the odds, go against the critics, and through deep hurt discovering something new and even more magnificent at the end of the dark tunnel. This is a story about life, not just Richard's; it is metaphorically universal. In a world where love for a neighbor, a friend, a spouse, and a stranger isn't valued, this book restores that hope and gives a representation of love in it's richest form: A love that embraces even in the darkest hours when it is not so easy. For Richard, this is the greatest love story told, and though other's may disagree, what they cannot dispute is that this is one of the most transparent and genuine love stories ever written.

828 orphans dined and danced at 4 orphan dinner dance and 208 children were examined by Dr. Richard Sartori; Paulina Ballaban, pediatric nurse practitioner; and Dr. Bonyo and his team of doctors from Ohio.

It was not all work as there was dancing at the orphan dinner dances as well.
