Peasleeville Hat

This beautiful hat is knit from one skein of Maxima from our friends at Manos del Uruguay. It's got cables and a great texture at the top. A unique design and a pleasure to knit. We think you'll love it!

If you've never worked with Maxima, you're in for a treat! Such a lovely, soft yarn available in so many colors!

Pulse Warmers 2023

Many of you know Kris has designed "Pulse Warmers" for a few years. Perfect little projects for gift giving to others or yourself.

This is Kris's last Pulse Warmer design, knit with one skein of Cardiff Cashmere.

It's her final gift to all of you for all the wonderful years of support.

A Simple Poncho to Knit

This simple poncho is knit with 6 balls of Spessottile from Trendsetter. This 100% cotton, thick and thin yarn gives you a wonderful texture using simple garter stitch on big needles.

Spessottile is spun in Italy and the name means thick and thin in Italian!

Join Us On-Line Thursday Evenings

Every Thursday from 4:30 PM Pacific to 6 PM Pacific, we host "Stitching in your Slippers" on line!

It's a fun group of crocheters and knitters from all across the country. It's the group you don't know you wanted!

We also meet in-person in the shop every Sunday from 1 -3 PM Pacific!

Join us for a Party on October 1

It's coming to the end of Kris and Oz's time at the Ball & Skein and we decided to have a celebration to say thank you, and to welcome Annie to Cambria and the shop!

All three of us will be there so you can meet Annie (if you haven't already) as she gets ready to take over the Ball & Skein!

The party will be at the historic Squibb House here in Cambria on Sunday, October 1st from 3 - 6PM.
