Hi friends and family of Anothen,
Joel and Jessica Tobler oversee the movement of Anothen Global in Switzerland. They have done an amazing job growing Anothen Global's presence there and have leaders trained and in place to multiply and expand.
With their move to the USA coming this fall, Julie and I thought it would be great to open up an opportunity for people to contribute to their move, as they seek to become established here and take Anothen Global to new frontiers stateside, while still overseeing the growth of Anothen Global in Switzerland.
So... here is a letter from another of our Anothen Community, Jodie Sommers, to explain what is happening and how you can be involved!
"I am writing this letter on behalf of the Tobler Family. They are very dear to my heart and I'm certain if you know them you love them too. I will keep this letter short and sweet but I want to share my heart.
I have known Jessica Tobler for years and I am always encouraged and strengthened by her tenacious love for Jesus. Even though we have lived miles and miles apart she encourages me on a weekly basis by her family’s testimonies in their ministry with Anothen Global Ministries, her passion for writing and her joy in being a wife and mother. I could go on and on but this letter is not about me and how greatly I have been impacted by the Tobler family. This letter is about them and their journey of hearing God’s voice. God told Joel and Jessica over two years ago that they would be moving to Waxhaw, North Carolina. When they first heard from God they were in California but now are in Switzerland. As you can only imagine, a move from Switzerland for a family of four is no easy task. The Tobler family could be asking God “how” but instead they are full of faith knowing God is moving them this fall!
Yes! They are coming to North Carolina this fall to plant their roots! Since the Tobler family brings heaven to earth everywhere they go we are blessed indeed to have them as our community neighbors. They have plans for ministry here and we know God is always up to something good so I am excited to see all the great things that will come out of their acts of obedience to Him! Will you help and be a part of this journey with the Tobler family?
How can we all partner together?
Prayer: prayer for favor, financial breakthrough, provision, a covering of God’s grace, ect…
Financial offering: this is a big ask! They need money for moving costs, travel costs, debts paid off, money to secure them when they arrive to provide for their family until they are settled. Jessica will continue her social media career as well but it does not cover all their monthly living costs. The total cost is $90,000
Support: Of course prayer and giving money is a great way to support them but also just reaching out goes a long way. Just a simple text, e-mail or phone call
As I mentioned above this letter is short and sweet but what God has been doing in this family is incredible. God has given them clear dreams, words, and confirmed them constantly about their move and the resources they need. You can click the link and hear all the great testimonies of this journey here.
