IRS New Voluntary Disclosure Program – Employee Retention Credits


Aggressive and misleading marketing about the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) caused many ineligible employers to file claims. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has introduced a Voluntary Disclosure Program to address fraudulent ERC claims but employers must act soon. Interested employers can start by submitting Form 15434 available on IRS.gov.

Gov. Holcomb Announces $18.1 Million Child Care Grant and First Round of Awardees


Governor Eric Holcomb announced that the IFSSA’s Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning is awarding $18.1 million in employer-sponsored child care grants to 64 businesses, community groups, and school corporations. This round of awardees will receive 72% of available funding from the $25 million fund. Round two awardees will be announced in early 2024.
