Dear Jameson,

It is with great sadness I inform you, that I have lost my brother, my friend, and co-laborer in the ministry, Johnson P. Titus.

He was promoted to Glory early this morning, Sunday May 23, 2021.

My brother left for his eternal home after fighting severe COVID-19 complications for a little over a week.

Rev. Johnson Titus served faithfully as the President of COTR Theological Seminary and General Vice-President of New Testament Church of India, based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Johnson, known also as Jossy, is the oldest son of the Late Apostle Dr. P.J. & Mary Titus.

In compliance with COVID protocol, a private funeral will be arranged soon and a memorial service is being planned.

Thank you to all who have prayed and who continue to pray and support my family and all those who serve in Christ for India and COTR Seminary.

Johnson is survived by his devoted wife, Helen, and children Lea (married to Sam), Joshlena, Jerrica, Jerusha, and Joseph. He also is survived by a lovely granddaughter, Jenny.

It is already a comfort knowing you are praying and grieving with us.

"Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit."

Johnson's life and ministry is like a seed having been planted in the ground.

We know it will bring fruit for the glory of God and the restoration of India.

And thank you for your prayerful support of the family as they finish paying for funeral and medical costs associated with Johnson's care.
