Issue #9
Dear Customers:

Here is the latest edition of Johnstone Supply's In Focus.

We are pivoting this week. Our return to the IAQ journey will be postponed until next week’s issue.

This week we want to provide new options for a time-sensitive topic – addressing equipment inventory issues . Due to many factors all revolving around COVID-19 planning challenges and COVID-19 related closures, the industry is dealing with significant issues across many manufacturers.

Several issues of In Focus have contained some information regarding our Bosch equipment and programs, but today we are covering Bosch exclusively.

Today we will introduce Bosch’s Inverter Ducted Split System Heat Pumps. We will review what features they have in common with other inverter-driven heat pumps , high-efficiency and quiet operation . Then we will cover what makes Bosch unique in the industry – ease-of-install and application flexibility.

It’s this flexibility which makes Bosch a terrific alternative for your customer whether it’s time to consider repairing an outdoor unit , adding an AC system , or considering an equipment upgrade .

We will wrap up by reviewing Johnstone’s training resources and dealer program which we are happy to offer to help you get started with Bosch.

Have a look through this week’s materials. We hope you agree we’re offering Bosch as a compelling new tool for your toolkit. And with equipment inventory issues this summer, this product just might save a job or two!

You should expect your Johnstone Supply rep to follow-up with you to review this material in detail. They will also answer any questions you may have.

As always, I appreciate your time this morning .
