October 2018
Monthly News and Updates from the Wellness Program
October can be one of the most beautiful months to walk and hike in and around Cleveland. Take advantage of the cooler weather and brilliant colors of the season by participating in #WalkCWRU , a month-long activity program which kicks off on Monday, October 1. (Please note, #WalkCWRU replaces the Walktober program which was advertised in the last newsletter.)

During #WalkCWRU participants will log daily steps (or exercise minutes) with the goal of achieving 250,000 steps during October.
Weekly prizes and monthly grand prizes will be raffled to those who meet the 250,000 step (or 1,000 minutes) goal by 10/31.
More details and registration links are on the Wellness Website.
