Weeds for Wellness: An Ecological Foraging Event w/ Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower
This is an in-person event
Marguerite Uhlmann-Bower, R.N,. and expert herbalist, returns to ISD to lead us on a fascinating walk to discover edible weeds, and plants, even invasive ones, that actually support our wellness.
We will taste wild food, hear the music of the plants, and learn safe foraging with instructive hand-outs. We will convene at the home of the Friedell's and do some foraging at Riddell Park, even get to taste a beverage that Marguerite makes for us!

FORECAST (July 14 - 22)

This is an interesting week in the assistance from the Stars. We will be helped to examine
the deep recesses of our Soul/Psyche and then beginning to bring what we find there into balance in our outer world expression.
THIS IS THE WORK OF THE EARLY YEARS OF THE AGE OF AQUARIUS.
What astrological phenomenon is at work this week?
Planets and Asteroids changing signs.
You have undoubtedly already begun this work of self examination. These changes of sign will potentially help you along.
Word to the Wise
- You may be uncomfortable. It is, however, the Soul Work you always hoped to accomplish. You came here fully equipped to achieve this goal. You have guide teams, Angels, and the Elemental Kingdoms ready and able to assist. You need only ask!
What specifically will we be invited to examine?
The prevailing themes are inner wounds, balance between feminine and masculine justice and divinity, and the Ma'at weighing of your Heart
while you still live!
Let's look at this in more detail:
Whenever planets and asteroids change signs it shakes up the matrix a little, or alot. The Sun enters Leo, the sign it rules ( it's happy place) on the 22nd. This is male dominated, about power, will, outer declaration and bearing. It can be noble and courageous in it's best expression.
Now enter Feminine Venus and Asteroid Lilith both changing signs on that same day! They are ready for some justice and balance! This will likely be the Cosmic Monkey Wrench thrown gleefully into the gears of our normality!
Lilith enters air sign Gemini, highlighting communications, worldly outlook. With expressive Mercury next door in emotional Cancer, the World Feminine RISES - and she may not be so gentle! Lilith is the feminine side of each of us that has had quite enough, thank you very much!!!
This will be enhanced by Venus entering Libra on the same day. Libra, who is all about balance and justice will likely be more than ready to hear Lilith out.
Added to this is one more game piece in the addition of the asteroid Vesta. She is The Priestess, the keeper of your internal sacred flame.
Vesta is also in Libra.
So you can, perhaps, see the potential. We have fed up Lilith, judicial Libra, beautific Venus all working together at once.
LOOK OUT!
Vesta is the godess, the sovereign Priestess who has similarities to Egyptian Goddess Ma'at. Ma'at is the goddess concerned with truth, justice, cosmic order, harmony, who weighs the hearts of the recently passed against an ostrich feather. If you have a light heart you move on to the Afterlife.
I have been guided, encouraged to suggest to you that this rare combination of powerful feminine forces is no coincidence at this time. We are being afforded the unique opportunity to facilitate our own heavenly " past life review" while we are still in body. Smiling down on us in their
MOST NOBLE EXPRESSIONS are Lilith, Venus, Vesta, Ma'at, and Libra.
How extraordinary. How delicious.
Be bold and courageous in exploring your Divine Feminine whether you are male or female. The opportunity is for all souls.

Just a reminder that we are continuing our Prayer Warriors group, every day at 5pm we pause to pray and send our healing energies where they are most needed right now
Each day at 5 PM EST, we will pause for about 10 minutes and meditate and pray with the intention of sending healing energy to all.
You do not have to be present each day. Requests for healing or suggestions should be submitted to our Healing Program director, Jo Ann Wormuth at the below ISD website link:
