Strategies for improving and addressing school attendance

Evaluator Initial Training and Retraining for Principals and Assistant Principals

This two-day, in-person Administrators' Academy (AA#4050) will serve as the official training for educators seeking initial training qualification or retraining to be legally qualified to conduct evaluations of principals and assistant principals.

Participants will explore the School Leader Paradigm and current research to communicate the impact that effective school leaders have on a learning organization. This academy also features an in-depth analysis of the School Leader Evaluation Plan and Cycles of Inquiry, focusing on how to align evaluations with student growth and school improvement goals.

The Fundamentals of Restorative Practices (IIRP) Workshop

In this two-day interactive workshop, participants will explore the philosophy, research base, and social science foundations that inform restorative practices, with a focus on building positive relationships, strengthening community, and effectively responding to conflict and harm.

Jordan Eggleson, our Professional Learning Supervisor, will provide participants with concrete tools, shared language, and an actionable plan to begin or strengthen restorative practices within their school or organization.
