In order to utilize this service, taxpayers need to:

Have an email address, phone number OR computer camera,

Have an income of $57,000 or less to qualify, and
- Obtain and complete a tax preparation package.
To obtain your packet, visit the library during its regular operating hours, OR email the following addresses to have the forms electronically sent to you.
