Tim Bresnahan
- Vice President of Philanthropy at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.
- Tim leads the team managing around 1,200 donor-advised funds, helping donors achieve their philanthropic goals while addressing key community needs, including affordable housing through impact investments and grant-making.
Sarah Kirsch
- Managing Director of Housing Funds at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta.
- Sarah oversees the foundation's affordable housing initiatives, including the Atlanta Affordable Housing Fund and GoATL Affordable Housing Fund, which provide loans for housing development.
- She also manages grant programs and works closely with donors to support housing-related projects.
Margaret "Marjy" Stagmeier
- Managing Director of Mission Partners and a partner at TriStar Real Estate Investments.
