Join Travel Nevada in Reno for the International Trails Summit!

The 3D Project encourages rural Nevada destinations to take a comprehensive look at travel and tourism and envision how they can evolve to attract new visitors, strengthen partnerships, grow the local economy, and improve quality of life for residents.

We know that, for many of our rural destinations, trails are an important part of your tourism plans! That's why we want you to join us in Reno April 17-20 for the International Trails Summit!

Learn more about the Summit HERE.

This is a fantastic opportunity to attend an international conference while it's here in our very own state! Attendance is strongly suggested for those representing communities that have trails as a key element of their destination development strategy (even if you were not selected in the first round of 3D!) There's so much to learn about trails and this is the place to do it!

Because this is a great chance to learn and network, Travel Nevada has created two exciting opportunities for our partners to participate:

TRAVEL NEVADA PARTNERS

Those who attend as Travel Nevada Partners will be able to receive a discount on their conference registration fee in return for helping to staff the Travel Nevada booth at the event. The registration discount fee of $325 is available to one representative per organization. If you do not wish to staff the booth or if your organization wishes to bring additional members, you are welcome to register on your own for the normal registration fee. This opportunity is limited to 15 partners, first come, first served.

TRAVEL NEVADA TRAILS CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIP

Travel Nevada has set aside funding to help defray the cost of attendance for our partners for whom the expense of attending the conference presents a barrier to participating. Travel Nevada's Destination Development Program will award up to 10 scholarships of up to $500 to help with registration, transportation, and lodging costs (this will not cover the entire cost of attendance). Travel Nevada has earmarked one scholarship per territory, and up to 4 additional "Wild Card" scholarships statewide. If there is not an application submitted from an organization within a particular Territory prior to the deadline, that scholarship will roll into the "Wild Card" category. Scholarship recipients will be selected by an internal committee at Travel Nevada.

If either of these opportunities sound right for you, complete THIS FORM today to secure your spot as one of our partners at the International Trails Summit!

Feel free to pass this email along to others in your network who might be interested!

Happy Trails!
