Join UCP Sunday in Support of Joint Base Cape Cod !
UCP will be back at the Bourne Bridge Rotary this Sunday making your conservative voice heard!

The planned machine gun range has passed all EPA and state environmental scrutiny, yet the Cape woke community continues to protest the plan because they hate our country, and therefor our men and women who serve it.

Most recently they have questioned why we are training our troops to kill on Cape Cod, and why our military even needs machine guns. Clearly their family members are not in harms way today defending our freedoms, and they care little about those that are.

In addition, our local Sierra Club has claimed the clearing of trees for this project will cause global warming, rising seas, impact turtles, and generally lead to the destruction of Cape Cod. They have absolutely no basis of fact to make these claims, but when you're a hammer everything looks like a nail.

We will continue to have the backs of those that sacrifice serving us in both the military and law enforcement. If you agree, please join us Sunday! We will provide signs for your use, or just bring an American flag.

UCP Joins Forces with Make Americans Free Again!
UCP continues to look for synergy with like-minded organizations that provide a 'strength on strength' partnership. I attended the Cape based team of Make Americans Free Again (MAFA) in Centerville this week, and we committed to working together going forward. I'm excited to have them on the UCP team!

I ask you to please go to their website HERE and sign up as a member so you can receive their updates, and get involved. Thank you!!

WE’RE TAKING OUR COUNTRY BACK AND HERE’S OUR PLAN:

SHORT-TERM GOAL: FREE AMERICANS FROM GOVERNMENT TYRANNY
We will assist in the development of state associations that can support these lawsuits; and help to recruit lawyers, to develop legal strategy, to identify and train expert witnesses, and to raise money.
How: By filing lawsuits like the landmark suit filed first in Ohio claiming that there is no emergency and that the government’s response and restrictions are unwarranted.

MEDIUM-TERM GOAL: ADDRESS ALL MEDICAL MANDATES (INCLUDES TESTING AND VACCINES)
We will sort our database by state legislative district and work with state groups to make sure that each legislator is visited by representatives of our/your group. We will deliver lists of our registered voter members in each district and secure commitments for support based on both representation in the district and difficulty opposing InforMED consent.
How: By drafting model legislation to be introduced in each state demanding transparency/InforMED consent for all medical matters, and protecting individual rights to choose.
LONG-TERM GOALS: REBUILD OUR COUNTRY AFTER THE DEVASTATION OF COVID-19
How: by focusing on two strategies:
  • providing excellent free education for economically disadvantaged children who have fallen behind as a result of failing schools AND school closures
  • developing teams of experienced businesspeople to rescue small businesses

LONGER-TERM GOALS: DESIGN AND LAUNCH A SUPERIOR MEDICAL SYSTEM
How: with a base of tens of millions of members, we can start our own healthcare system with features like insurance plans that cover services that promote health; networks of practitioners trained to collaborate with patients in making InforMED decisions; and treatment protocols that address the cause of disease.

National Teachers Union Exposes Their Radical Agenda For Our Schools!
The teacher's union has no legal authority to impose what they are planning below. Your school committee, and the administrators they put in place do.

Your role as a taxpayer and a patriot is to hold your representatives accountable! Find your school committee contacts at your town website.

Please review the betrayal of our country's founding principles below. CRT disparages white kids, frames black kids as victims, and violates MLK's teachings that we should be judged by our character never our skin color.

The National Education Association (NEA) recently convened for its annual representative assembly, where it debated and advanced a number of resolutions, including one that would launch a campaign to promote CRT in the 14,000 school districts it collaborates with.

The language of the item was explicit in its support for the doctrine, saying, “We oppose attempts to ban critical race theory and/or The 1619 Project.” It also included a provision to jumpstart a study into that “critiques empire, white supremacy, anti-Blackness, anti-Indigeneity, racism, patriarchy, cisheteropatriarchy, capitalism, ableism, anthropocentrism, and other forms of power and oppression at the intersections of our society.”

New Business Item 39 aims to arm union members with the knowledge and resources to combat “anti-CRT rhetoric” and promote curricula infused with the ideology in their school districts.

Critical race theory teaches that systemic racism is intrinsic to America’s history and national fabric and that the country’s white descendants bear a burden for their ancestors’ past injustices, particularly slavery and the discriminatory Jim Crow laws.

New Business Item 39

The NEA will, with guidance on implementation from the NEA president and chairs of the Ethnic Minority Affairs Caucuses:

A. Share and publicize, through existing channels, information already available on critical race theory (CRT) -- what it is and what it is not; have a team of staffers for members who want to learn more and fight back against anti-CRT rhetoric; and share information with other NEA members as well as their community members.

B. Provide an already-created, in-depth, study that critiques empire, white supremacy, anti-Blackness, anti-Indigeneity, racism, patriarchy, cisheteropatriarchy, capitalism, ableism, anthropocentrism, and other forms of power and oppression at the intersections of our society, and that we oppose attempts to ban critical race theory and/or The 1619 Project.

C. Publicly (through existing media) convey its support for the accurate and honest teaching of social studies topics, including truthful and age-appropriate accountings of unpleasant aspects of American history, such as slavery, and the oppression and discrimination of Indigenous, Black, Brown, and other peoples of color, as well as the continued impact this history has on our current society. The Association will further convey that in teaching these topics, it is reasonable and appropriate for curriculum to be informed by academic frameworks for understanding and interpreting the impact of the past on current society, including critical race theory.

D. Join with Black Lives Matter at School and the Zinn Education Project to call for a rally this year on October 14—George Floyd’s birthday—as a national day of action to teach lessons about structural racism and oppression. Followed by one day of action that recognize and honor lives taken such as Breonna Taylor, Philando Castile, and others. The National Education Association shall publicize these National Days of Action to all its members, including in NEA Today.

This rising authoritarianism by the left during the Biden Administration must be stopped by "We The People". It all starts with one, you.

You must defend your community against these small minded bigots. This is truly a cold civil war. I urge you to get started today. If you need contact me at unitedcapepatriots@gmail.com

Nero's Bill Needs Your Support!
On April 12, 2018, Yarmouth Police Sgt. Sean Gannon was shot and killed in the line of duty while attempting to apprehend a violent career criminal. Sgt. Gannon’s police dog, K9 Nero, also was shot in the face and seriously injured.

Unfortunately, due to existing provisions of Massachusetts Law, Nero was not allowed to be treated for his serious injuries by emergency medical personnel working at the scene. Instead, officers were forced to drive Nero to the nearest veterinary hospital in the back of a police cruiser as they fought to keep him alive.

Steve Xiarhos was Deputy Chief of Police in Yarmouth in 2018, and he was at the scene the day Sgt. Gannon and Nero were shot. Now serving the 5th Barnstable District as its State Representative, Steve Xiarhos is the lead sponsor of House Bill 2547, An Act Providing for the Care and Transportation of Police Dogs Injured in the Line of Duty.

This bill would change Massachusetts law to allow emergency medical workers to treat service animals injured in the line of duty. In honor of Nero, this bill has been given the name “Nero’s Bill.”

We need your help to get Nero’s Bill passed into law! Please show your support by signing the petition HERE.
