FIND MENTAL GRACE AT UNITY

The Mental Grace Group is a safe place to break away from the noise. When it seems like everything is going wrong, it can be hard to know what to do, what to say, what to think, or what to feel. And too often the loudest critic is in your own head.

Join us on the last Monday of each month for mental grace, where we use Unity principles and trauma-informed strategies to organize, validate, and support your thoughts and feelings.
