Please join us on Monday for a press conference hosted by Governor Lamont, in response to President Trump’s recent Executive Order, Ending Crime and Disorder on America's Streets.
Event: Governor Lamont Press Conference on Federal Executive Order on Homelessness

Location: State Capitol Building Room #310, located at 210 Capitol Ave in Hartford
We encourage everyone to wear your yellow shirts!
Why It's Important: This Executive Order would dismantle decades of progress by promoting the criminalization of homelessness, defunding evidence-based practices like Housing First, eliminating harm reduction programs, and expanding forced institutionalization.
We need everyone to join Governor Lamont, the End Homelessness Caucus, CCEH, and the providers and community partners that make up the CT CAN End Homelessness campaign in rejecting this harmful directive and committing instead to investments in the safety and dignity of our neighbors.
