Undoing Racism®
Executive Collective Gathering
| | |
Join Us on Zoom: Monday, July 7, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. ET
July Topic:
Beyond Pronouns: Liberation Strategies for Trans and GNC Peoples
Beyond Pronouns invites executive leaders and decision-makers into a deeper, values-driven conversation about what it truly means to foster affirming, respectful workplaces. Grounded in liberation frameworks, this session explores how systems of power, workplace culture, and social norms shape the experiences of Trans and GNC individuals—especially those who are Black, Brown, and Indigenous. Rather than prescribing a checklist, we offer an opportunity for leaders to reflect, ask thoughtful questions, and reimagine their role in co-creating environments rooted in care, accountability, and sustainability.
Through guided discussion and practical tools, participants will be supported in moving into practices that reflect lasting structural and cultural transformation.
Participants will:
- Identify systemic challenges that impact Trans and GNC people in the workplace
- Explore the intersections of our identities within professional settings
- Reflect on existing workplace practices and uncover areas for intentional growth
- Learn strategies to build responsive, values-aligned environments that support wellbeing, leadership, and belonging
Presenter: Mx. Randall Leonard, LCSW-C
