Undoing Racism®

First Monday Executive Collective Gathering

Join Us on Zoom: Monday, October 5, 2026, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. ET

October Topic:

Where Do We Go From Here?

The Past, Present & Future of Anti-Oppressive Work

Join us for a candid community conversation exploring the past, present, and future of anti-oppressive work. This conversation will create space to reflect on where the racial equity work has been, where it stands today, and what is needed to move it forward.

A multiracial and multigenerational panel of leaders and practitioners representing a range of roles, experiences, and perspectives will come together to discuss the complexities of creating meaningful change in people, organizations, and communities. Panelists will reflect on lessons learned, progress made, persistent challenges, and how anti-oppressive work may need to evolve in response to our changing social and political landscape.

This will be a conversation, not simply a panel. Participants will have ample opportunity to share their own perspectives, ask questions, engage with panelists, and consider what the next chapter of this work can look like.

Presenters: Dr. Lisa Martin, Rev. David Billings, Margery Freeman

Jamaal Lawrence King, Gene E. Cash Jr., LCSW, LISW-S and Tenecia
