As we continue our journey toward a more student-centered and aligned Student Affairs division, I invite you to attend one of our upcoming Roundtable Discussions. If you’re receiving this email, it’s because you are a valued member of the Student Affairs Division or a Theory of Change chair. These sessions are designed specifically for you and will provide an early look at the working draft of the next level of our organizational structure.
These conversations are essential. They will provide a space for us to process what’s coming, engage with the research and feedback that shaped this realignment, and begin preparing for the next phase of implementation together.
