As we continue our journey toward alignment with a more student-centered focus, I invite you to attend one of our upcoming Roundtable Discussions on June 30 or July 1.
You are a valued member of our team, and we want to continue sharing the progress made since our last roundtable. These upcoming sessions will highlight the work your new Student Affairs Council has been advancing in partnership with our SWIM consultants. This work is also guided by the Chancellor’s vision to build a college where every student feels a true sense of belonging and is loved to success.
These sessions are designed with you in mind—to offer a preview of the next stage of our organizational redesign and create space for reflection and preparation as we move toward implementation.
What to Expect:
- Hear from your Student Affairs, new Council, Executive Deans
- A first look at the next stage of the organizational structure recommendations.
- Insight into the rationale behind these decisions, shaped by analysis, workshops, and student needs.
Roundtables Schedule:
- Monday, June 30 | 1:30 - 3:00 p.m.
- Monday, June 30 | 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, July 1 | 1:00 - 2:30 p.m.
