This three-night retreat blends confidence-building horsemanship, mindful equine connection, and gentle yoga for riders. Enjoy unmounted and optional mounted sessions, trail rides on seasoned ranch horses, and workshops on equestrian wellness and mindfulness. Whether you’re getting back in the saddle or simply seeking a deeper bond with horses, this retreat meets you where you are—honoring your experience, respecting your pace, and celebrating your love for horses at any age.

Cathy is an international yoga teacher/retreat leader, avid trail rider, author of Yoga for Riders and the creator of Body, Mind, Equine a unique program that merges authentic yogic principles with horsemanship, guiding you to become a mindful equestrian from the ground up. She offers programs nationally and has had many published articles and been featured in Horse & Rider Magazine, Equus, Horse Illustrated, Cowgirl Magazine, Forbes, Yoga Digest and others. Cathy's goal is to "make horsemanship accessible to everyone, regardless of what that mean to the individual". Cathy's expertise and warm delivery combine in this retreat for a remarkable experience of personal growth and discovery.
