Enjoy unmounted and optional mounted sessions, trail rides on seasoned ranch horses, and workshops on equestrian wellness and mindfulness. Cathy is an international yoga teacher/retreat leader, avid trail rider, author of Yoga for Riders and the creator of Body, Mind, Equine a unique program that merges authentic yogic principles with horsemanship, guiding you to become a mindful equestrian from the ground up. She offers programs nationally and has had many published articles and been featured in Horse & Rider Magazine, Equus, Horse Illustrated, Cowgirl Magazine, Forbes, Yoga Digest and others. Cathy's goal is to "make horsemanship accessible to everyone, regardless of what that mean to the individual".
